Quincy Li, the renowned designer, presents the opulent "Lake Ville V" mansion, a masterpiece located in the prestigious Xintiandi area of Shanghai. Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Shanghai, the design seamlessly blends historic context with contemporary luxury, creating an elegant and private living space.

Designed for a "Great Producer," this 500-square-meter home boasts a rare 200-square-meter outdoor space, offering a harmonious blend of eastern and western influences, classic and modern elements, and timeless elegance. The meticulous attention to detail and artistic atmosphere elevate the lifestyle experience within the residence.

Utilizing natural materials and carefully selected plants, stones, and woods, the outdoor garden space creates a multi-level oasis with rich textures, enhancing the overall ambiance of the property. The design team, led by Chih-Da LIN, meticulously crafted a space that exudes elegance, artistry, and luxuriousness, catering to the discerning tastes of the homeowner.

Completed in August 2021, this exceptional project reflects Quincy Li's dedication to creating spaces that transcend traditional concepts of "home," offering a dynamic and versatile living experience. The design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award, celebrating its innovative and ingenious approach to interior space and lifestyle design.
