Ad Jinli Sales Center: A Fusion of Urban Revitalization and Modern Design

MOD Architecture Design, under the leadership of Weimo Feng, has unveiled the Ad Jinli Sales Center, a groundbreaking urban architecture reconstruction project in Linyi, China. The project, completed in May 2019, redefines the traditional concept of a sales center by integrating social functionality with early sales requirements.

The Ad Jinli Sales Center stands out with its unique location at the city interface, where the design team has skillfully sculpted the building to maximize visual impact while addressing the challenges of urban noise. The use of light and strategic placement of solid walls create a warm, comfortable, and bright space, offering a cultural and artistic experience to visitors.

The 800-square-meter center features a meticulous blend of terrazzo, marble, wood facing, texture paint, gypsum board, and wood grain aluminum board, showcasing the innovative realization technology employed in its construction. The project's conceptual design, facade, hard and soft decoration, construction drawing, and soft installation implementation reflect the team's dedication to every aspect of the design process.

Weimo Feng, the founder of MOD Architecture Design, is a Master of Architecture from Paris E.S.A and has been recognized as one of the Chinese Outstanding Youth of Design. His vision for the Ad Jinli Sales Center reflects the company's commitment to sustainable urban development and cultural preservation, evident in the addition of a bookstore to the space after its sales function is fulfilled.

Recognized for its exceptional design, the Ad Jinli Sales Center was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, affirming its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
