Weimo Feng, the founder of MOD Architecture Design (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., has been awarded the prestigious Golden A' Design Award for the Forest Tribe-inspired Sales Center project in Qingdao. The innovative design, completed in May 2020, reimagines the traditional sales center as a natural and warm forest tribe, providing a unique and immersive experience for children and families.

The 1200 square meter space features forest cabin-like cubes connected and interlaced with green window color blocks, creating a vibrant and dynamic environment. The design aims to foster emotional joy, physical fitness, and interactive social experiences for children, offering a departure from conventional sales centers.

Utilizing terrazzo, wood grain sound-absorbing panels, fabric soft packages, and PVC flooring, the space incorporates low-saturated forest colors and safety stairs for children to interact and play. The design successfully balances safety considerations with the need to stimulate creativity and exploration, transitioning from a sales office to a kindergarten seamlessly.
