Stephy Teng's Luxurious Residential Design

Stephy Teng's Luxurious residential design is a testament to the pursuit of extraordinary and self-quality time. The interior exudes a peaceful and slow-paced sense with precise color and material arrangements, creating a harmonious and prosperous spatial feeling. The 37-ping residence, located in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, features three bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms, all decorated in a steady and simple tonal with modern elements. The design incorporates ecological colors, wooden elements, grey mirrors, marble-imitating surface materials, and shades of grey to create a warm and elegant feeling.

The project, which started in June 2021 and finished in September 2021, posed several challenges, including the need to adjust spatial tonal and partitions to eliminate a towering feeling caused by evident column beams. The designer overcame these challenges by incorporating rich elements such as wooden fabrics, stone grains, blanked walls, and mirrors to create a harmonious and prosperous spatial feeling. Additionally, the living room, equipped with only a part of windows, was enhanced using black and grey mirrors to increase overall brightness and transparency.

Stephy Teng's Luxurious residential design was recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in 2022. This award celebrates well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements, integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics to contribute to a better world.
