As if an elegant and charming dialogue between a gentleman and a lady, the space conveys a unique style of nobility and intellectuality. The designer drew inspiration from the male client's preferred modern elements and the classical, elegant, and fashionable features the female owner and her daughter loved, creating a luxury-themed space.

The design team upheld the concept that a great design should be a combination of aesthetics and functionality, catering to the family's love for travel, shopping, and extraordinary taste in fashion and art. The overall design is carefully built with hidden delicacies to achieve the perfect realization of beauty, function, and design in one go.

Classic colors of black, white, and gray are used as the leading tones of the space, complemented by stone materials, line panels, glass, metal, mirror, leather, and other elements. The fashionable furnishings are set up to echo each other while embodying the trendy and elegant overall theme.

The design team reshaped the layout of the residence, adapting different configurations on each floor to maximize space, inject aesthetics, and provide a smooth traffic flow. The project was completed in September 2021 after a nine-month construction period in Wugu District, New Taipei City, Taiwan.

KAITI CHANG is a Taiwanese designer who listens to the needs of customers and creates beauty and practicality. The design was awarded Iron in A' Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design Award in 2022, recognized for its well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
