Andersen Chiu, along with design team member Elma Hsu, has masterfully crafted the "Cheerful Contented" residential space, spanning 72.73 square meters. The design showcases vintage industrial features, utilizing a color scheme of black and gray to create a stable and imposing ambiance while skillfully integrating retro charm and modern simplicity.

The design team's meticulous attention to detail is evident in the use of snap-together laminate flooring with an imitated fair-faced concrete texture, ensuring durability and a striking ambiance. The property's interior finish boasts clean, crisp lines that exude a sleek modern touch, satisfying the expectations of the homeowners.

One of the design's standout features is the reconfigured layout that seamlessly integrates the private and public areas, creating a coordinated living space. The project, which commenced in January 2021 and concluded in April 2021, has garnered acclaim, earning the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2022 for its innovative and practical approach.
