Residential Apartment Design "Leisurable Light Contrast" by Wen Cheng Fu

Wen Cheng Fu's "Leisurable Light Contrast" apartment design is a testament to innovative spatial reorganization, featuring a small foyer space with stylish storage solutions and vertical bicycle racks seamlessly integrated into the living room's main wall. The irregular cultured stone surface adds a distinctive visual effect.

This 130 square meter property underwent a complete transformation, addressing the client's dissatisfaction with the original layout. The closed-style kitchen and small master bedroom were reorganized to create a functional and personalized living space.

The living room and study were creatively connected, with the removal of the ceiling to increase spatial height and create an industrial trend. The dining room and kitchen maintain the original ceiling height, with a central island serving as a dining table, preventing oil fume leakage in the open-style kitchen.

Customized storage solutions, including a dining ware and kitchenware storage wall, add to the design's functionality. The corridor space features hidden folding door storage, seamlessly blending Sycamore veneer into the space.

Wen Cheng Fu's "Leisurable Light Contrast" design was honored with the Iron A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its practical and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements.
