Rodrigo Kirck unveils Atma, a groundbreaking parametric apartment building, completed in December 2021 in Itajai, Brazil.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Rodrigo Kirck's Atma is a visionary project inspired by the parametric composition of panels that make up the facades, resulting in a prismatic design with a triangular-shaped plant, offering a complex shape for a residential building. The iconic facade features parametric modulation, creating a building in constant motion, reflecting the design concept aimed at the new generation and creating a landmark for the city.
Atma is a monolithic, innovative structure, utilizing reinforced concrete throughout its 19 floors and 65 meters in height, with a built area of 6,919.19 m2. The high technology of the parametric panels on the facade complements the use of reinforced concrete, creating a unique blend of modernity and tradition in construction.
With 39 units, Atma offers young and modern condominium living close to the sea, featuring intelligent unit plants that allow for customization according to the needs of each resident. The project, which began in January 2021, is set for completion in November 2024 in Itapema SC, Brazil.
Rodrigo Kirck's restless pursuit of architectural challenges has led to the creation of Atma, a design that redefines urban living through innovative technology and thoughtful design principles. The project has been recognized with the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2022, showcasing its practical and innovative approach to architecture and building design.
