Constructed with newly developed sustainable materials, including the innovative Bananatex fabric, CoTangens is designed to withstand the harshest outdoor environments while maintaining its elegance and functionality.

From armchairs to shelves, each piece in the collection boasts a unique blend of geometric forms and earthy tones, harmonizing with various outdoor spaces.

Long-term sustainability is at the core of CoTangens' production, with a focus on using high-quality, durable materials that are recyclable and weather-resistant. The use of Bananatex, a technical fabric made from naturally grown Abacá banana plants, exemplifies the collection's commitment to sustainability and circular design.

CoTangens was developed in Budapest and Tata, Hungary, as part of the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency's DesignLab incubator program, where the innovative use of Bananatex fabric for outdoor furniture was explored in partnership with the Bananatex team.

Recognized for its exceptional design and sustainable features, CoTangens received the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in the Garden and Outdoor Furniture Design category in 2023, highlighting its practicality, innovation, and positive impact on the industry.
