LnP Architects proudly presents the Xi An Vanke Feng Xi Metropolis Plot 5, a revolutionary mixed-use development in Xi An, China. This project, set to open in 2022, offers a 100,000 square meter green mall and a 34,000 square meter office tower, targeting young professionals and families. The design draws inspiration from the city's historical significance as an ancient imperial capital and the eastern starting point of the Silk Road, incorporating elements of silk into the facade to symbolize the city's identity.

The project's unique features include a double-layered facade with a curtain wall system, emphasizing sustainability with low emissivity glass and integrating landscape features like green plants and waterfalls to enhance the indoor environment. The development also prioritizes public space, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor areas, and providing a gateway connection to a shopping paradise through a glass facade portion at the lower podium.

With a site area of 33,601 square meters and a total floor area of 190,831 square meters, this project stands as a testament to LnP Architects' commitment to excellence and innovation. The 126-meter-high office tower and the 38-meter-high shopping mall, with seven above-ground floors and two underground floors, showcase the team's dedication to creating a dynamic and sustainable urban environment.
