The mansion adopts a unique homecoming system of 5 level ceremonies, drawing inspiration from ancient wealthy and influential families. Each residence features a distinctive space with 6 courtyards, blending both traditional Jiangnan courtyard essence and modern design elements. The use of stone, natural stone coating, and high-grade paint ensures a unified facade effect, creating a dynamic rhythm in a minimalist tone.

Spanning over 103,566 sqm, Chinoiserie Mansion is a testament to GTD's commitment to excellence and ideal living spaces.
