Wedding Banquet Hall Transformed into a Forest Oasis

Wei Zhang（Wynne Z.）'s Petite Foret is a groundbreaking art exhibition that defies convention by bringing the tranquility and energy of nature into an indoor space. The immersive design challenges imagination and directly integrates nature into a comfortable interior, offering a unique experience for visitors. The project was officially unveiled on September 22, 2018, at the Rosewood Hotel in Beijing, China.

This art exhibition is a testament to the designer's commitment to using real materials from nature to create a captivating forest scene. The space features a mini forest and a main forest, comprising 20 different types of trees and bushes, all meticulously selected to recreate the essence of a natural environment. Visitors are invited to interact with the exhibit, immersing themselves in the sights, scents, and textures of the forest.

Wei Zhang（Wynne Z.）'s Petite Foret has garnered recognition, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Event and Happening Design category in 2022. This prestigious accolade celebrates the project's outstanding creativity and its contribution to enhancing the quality of life through art, science, and technology.
