Jason Chan's latest creation, the Rosefinch Hot Pot restaurant, has been unveiled at Ase mall in Shanghai, offering a unique dining experience that combines oriental temperament with poetic architectural expression. The restaurant, covering 400 square meters, is a testament to the fusion of art and functionality, providing a space that transcends traditional dining establishments.

The restaurant's design draws inspiration from the quote, "When a forest does its best, it gets a mountain with a small mouth, as if there were light," creating a peach blossom land full of spirit. The space features a 50-meter-long facade that mimics the endless hills, with a structural system that breaks the conventional "box" concept, offering a sense of spaciousness and elegance.

Featuring an entrance reception area, waiting area, water bar & cashier area, private room area, and more, the restaurant incorporates materials such as black titanium stainless steel, mirror surface water ripple stainless steel, terrazzo, marble, and colored painted glass, creating a harmonious blend of warmth and coldness.

Jason Chan's design challenges the conventional norms of restaurant architecture, aiming to interpret calm and rational architectural concepts with poetic expression. The result is a space that not only serves as a dining destination but also as an artistic experience, redefining the boundaries of restaurant design.
