Introducing Kahisu, a new Japanese vinegar drink with ethical values, inspired by the works of Gauguin and Monet, now available online since August 2022.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Shinji Arashigawa introduces Kahisu, a Japanese vinegar drink with new values, blending vinegary sweetness with the bitterness of bitter orange peels, inspired by the tropical landscapes of Paul Gauguin and the water lilies of Claude Monet.
Kahisu is a new Japanese vinegar drink with an ethical message, made from bitter orange peels previously discarded after juice extraction. The design concept, "Artistic Design for Ethical Choice," aims to benefit the earth and future generations.
The technology to ferment bitter orange peels to produce vinegar was developed, resulting in Japan's first "fruit peel vinegar drink." Recycled materials were used for the bottle and label, emphasizing environmental consideration.
