Zarysy Jan Sekuła's Top of the Lake

Zarysy Jan Sekuła presents "Top of the Lake," a stunning residential interior design project that harmoniously blends nature-inspired elements with mid-century elegance. The project, located in Sroda Wielkopolska, Poland, was completed in June 2020, offering a unique living space for a family of three.

The interior design features a rich color palette inspired by nature, including earthy tones, deep greens, and reds, complemented by oak and stone finishes. The design seamlessly integrates modern elements with forest cabin aesthetics, creating a cozy and warm ambiance.

One of the distinctive features of the project is the futuristic garage with classic elements and custom lighting, along with a private tree house in the child's room, catering to the family's passion for bold and innovative design.

The interior furniture, predominantly made of MDF board finished in oak veneer, reflects the designer's commitment to eco-friendly practices. Custom-designed furniture and lighting fixtures further enhance the unique character of the space.

Zarysy Jan Sekuła's meticulous attention to detail is evident in the functional aspects of the design, such as the rotating textile panels that offer flexibility in the kitchen and dining area. The child's room is thoughtfully divided into distinct areas to accommodate various activities and age groups.

Despite facing creative and technical challenges, including seamlessly connecting intersecting rooms and designing a hanging staircase, Zarysy Jan Sekuła successfully crafted a cohesive and visually striking interior composition.

With "Top of the Lake," Zarysy Jan Sekuła has not only created a stunning residential interior but also received the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2022, showcasing the project's outstanding expertise and innovation.
