Arch-Age-Design Unveils Futuristic Demonstration Zone "Cuiwan Zhongcheng"

Arch-Age-Design (AAD) proudly presents "Cuiwan Zhongcheng," a groundbreaking demonstration zone turned community center that offers a glimpse into the future of architecture and urban living. Located at the junction of two plots in Zhengzhou, China, this project unfolds towards the city, showcasing future architecture, traffic, neighborhood, and various life scenes in a future community. The project, completed in September 2021, is set to function as a demonstration area in its early stages and later transition into a vibrant "community center."

From a city perspective, "Cuiwan Zhongcheng" introduces the innovative concept of "Ring of Infinity - Mobius," seamlessly integrating the infinite four-dimensional form into a three-dimensional space in an abstract manner. This results in a continuous, multi-dimensional, open, and art park-like venue where citizens can freely communicate with each other, fostering a sense of community and interaction.

The project's realization technology focuses on sustainability, with all materials being low-carbon, environment-friendly, and recyclable. Dominated by a steel structure, the building features hyperboloid aluminum plates on its external walls, providing an energetic and futuristic aesthetic while minimizing environmental impact.

With a project size of 22,905.60 sq. ft. and a net density of 24%, "Cuiwan Zhongcheng" stands as a testament to ecological and sustainable development, incorporating the keywords "youth," "future life scene," "steel structure," "ecological and sustainable development," "Mobius," and "seed" into its design.

Arch-Age-Design (AAD) has assembled more than 1,800 excellent designers and holds a Class-A Certificate of Qualification for Architectural Engineering Design.
