Inspired by the client's heritage, the 20,000 square feet condominium in Penang, Malaysia, combines the essence of Chinese tradition with contemporary living.
The design team, led by Design Director Lim Swee Chong, carefully integrated elements of Feng Shui to symbolize prosperity, goodness, and authority, creating a harmonious and comfortable home environment. The incorporation of smart technologies allows for seamless interaction and control, enhancing the modern living experience.
By sourcing materials from China and conducting in-depth research on ancient Chinese interiors, Fuka Interior Decoration Sdn Bhd successfully realized a design that honors tradition while embracing the advancements of the modern era. The project, completed in February 2020, has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2021, highlighting its exceptional creativity and technical excellence.
