STARH Introduces B73: A Game-Changing Residential Building

STARH, a leading architectural firm in Bulgaria, has unveiled its latest project, B73 Apartments, a revolutionary residential building that is set to redefine the architectural landscape in Varna. The project, which began in 2018 and was completed in April 2021, stands as a testament to the firm's commitment to pushing the boundaries of design and innovation.

B73 Apartments is a 26-meter high, 6-floor building, featuring 2 underground levels and a total built-up area of 2,100 square meters. What sets B73 apart is its innovative use of solid surface material and thermoforming for complex 3D shapes, making it one of the very few buildings in Bulgaria to utilize these cutting-edge technologies.

The building's facade, characterized by organic forms and an overall white look, is a result of the innovative use of acrylic stone material and thermoforming. The lobby hosts a uniquely designed light art installation, adding to the building's distinctive appeal.

Leading architect Svetoslav Stanislavov and the STARH design team have successfully integrated B73 into its urban context, creating a building that immediately captures attention with its impactful and high-end material usage. Each residential floor comprises just a single apartment, offering a premium living experience for its residents.

The completion of B73 Apartments marks another milestone for STARH, known for its commitment to balancing aesthetics, functionality, and quality in architecture. The firm's dedication to pushing the design boundaries and experimenting with innovative materials has earned them international acclaim, with accolades from prestigious awards such as A' Design Awards and Architecture MasterPrize.
