The design team meticulously crafted the main characters based on unique Chinese culture, reflecting a deep respect for natural life and the gifts provided by nature. The color palette and mascot design are deeply rooted in Chinese culture, with the monkey and peach symbolizing a close natural relationship, creating a visually stunning and culturally significant design.
Utilizing a blend of traditional artistic methods and modern technology, 1983ASIA brought the design to life, employing pencil drafts and digital software such as AI and PS to create the captivating mascot graphics. The use of UV and hot stamping printing technologies further enhances the design, infusing it with profound elements such as flowers, seasons, and nature.
Monkeys, intricately intertwined with the fruits, dance through the four seasons, while the changing flowers reflect the emotions of the design. The elements of grass and wood represent the seasons, symbolizing the anticipation of a bountiful harvest. This design not only captures the essence of a happy life but also pays homage to the timeless tradition of using dance to communicate with nature, a practice deeply rooted in farming societies.
The Pagoda project was completed at the end of 2017 in Shenzhen, China, following extensive research into Chinese symbols and totems. Despite creative and technical challenges, 1983ASIA successfully encapsulated the essence of the Pagoda brand, seamlessly conveying its commitment to environmental stewardship and customer-centric values.
