Jung Chi Hsu's La Famille is a heartwarming residence designed to foster the precious relationships within a three-generation family, blending unique personalities into a harmonious living space. Completed in December 2019 in Taichung, Taiwan, this project showcases a blend of classic elegance and modern coziness.

La Famille: A Tranquil Three-Generation Family Residence
In the public areas, the warmth of wooden textures balances the cool tones of white marble walls and grayish floor tiles, creating a sense of spatial balance and stability. The dining area serves as a central hub, connecting and visually dividing the living room and kitchen, providing a warm atmosphere for family gatherings.
Realized using Japanese High Definition Printing board, melamine board, and modular cabinets, the interior spans 240 square meters across six floors, featuring a living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, study rooms, and a walk-in closet. The design integrates low formaldehyde wood and natural stone materials, ensuring safety and maintainability.
The project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative nature. La Famille stands as a testament to the seamless integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
