The application collects and stores usage data for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, providing a better living experience and supporting future collaborative and resource-sharing initiatives.

Through The Legendary, users can control and manage smart features in their homes while contributing to sustainability efforts. The application allows for secure sharing and collaboration, fostering a sense of community and societal improvement. The project was inspired by qualitative research and addresses the evolving needs of homebuyers and developers in Prachinburi, Thailand.
