Designed by Juthamas Vadhanapanich, Dyonisus is a Thai National smart logistics fleet single management platform for B2B2C, enabling users to reserve, track, trace, manage, and monitor their deliveries and consignments. The platform's data-driven UX design sets it apart, derived from extensive user research, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience. Built on cloud technology using API and react native, Dyonisus offers convenience and optimal user experience across iOS and Android devices.

Dyonisus is not just a platform; it's a smart logistic fleet e-marketplace that connects operators with their customers, streamlining vehicle management for enhanced efficiency and cost savings. The project, initiated in Bangkok, Thailand, in February 2021, is slated for completion within 12 months, with plans to expand its reach to serve the ASEAN and China road logistic networks. The platform's continuous improvement aims to deliver the best user experience and effective logistic management solutions.

Prior to its development, extensive user research and design thinking workshops were conducted to ensure that Dyonisus addresses the latent needs of its target users. Overcoming challenges in accessing key informants and obtaining government support, the platform has been meticulously designed to meet accessibility standards and user requirements, promising a seamless and user-friendly experience for all stakeholders.
