Introducing DuePiùTre â Più Che Hamburger
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Laura Ferrario presents DuePiùTre â Più Che Hamburger, a visual identity design for a small bistrot in Milano, Italy. The design reflects the bistrot's values and offerings, going beyond hamburgers with an Italian twist. The project commenced in April 2015 and continues to evolve, focusing on social and communication aspects.
The design encompasses the brand, signage, website, social media presence, and interior decor, emphasizing the use of natural materials such as wood, iron, paper, and recycled cardboard to align with the concept of healthy and environmentally friendly food.
DuePiùTre stands out by offering not just hamburgers but also reimagined pastrami and beer can chicken with fresh and genuine Italian products. The choice of the bulldog as the symbol was inspired by its historical significance as the mascot of the United States Navy during World War I and its association with one of the bistrot's partners.
The project faced creative and technical challenges, such as innovatively addressing the issue of maintaining a garden with limited light by creating photographic postcards of flowers for the vases. DuePiùTre's unique visual identity was recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2017, celebrating its creativity and contribution to quality of life improvements.
