Xenofon Hector Grigorelis introduces "Asa," a sideboard design inspired by the Indian art of tattoos. The design aims to blend tradition with modernity, offering a limited edition contemporary piece that reflects a fusion of cultures and artistic expression. The intricate details of the front panel draw inspiration from Mehndi, a traditional decorative art form, while the overall construction showcases unique properties and meticulous attention to detail.
The sideboard is digitally designed using CAD and 3D modeling software, with the possibility of production in MDF surface in a wide range of colors. The lacquered wood front doors feature printed patterns, while the internal structure is polished lacquered. The legs and frame are crafted from satin or polished aluminum, adding a touch of sophistication to the design.
Measuring 2500x520x790mm, "Asa" features a combination of two 12mm MDF panels, offering a distinctive structural detail. The doors are available in printed pattern slides or open in a combination of five different colors or in black and white. Inside the cabinet, specially designed shelves and drawers provide functional storage solutions. The unique combination of simplicity and imposing form transforms "Asa" into a powerful piece of decoration suitable for contemporary or traditional spaces.
