Sung Hsing Lee's Connect Circulate project, completed in June 2019 in Taichung City, Taiwan, redefines residential living with its innovative design and functional elegance.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Connect Circulate project by Sung Hsing Lee is a stunning example of modern residential design, featuring a two-story building with approximately 595 square meters of space. The design inspiration stemmed from the clients' desire for a space that facilitates family gatherings and hospitality. The living room's height scales up to the second floor, creating an open gallery that serves as a multifunctional space for family and friends' reunions.
What sets Connect Circulate apart is its unique cantilever stairs, which effectively connect the upper and lower floors, achieving the spaciousness the clients desired. The installation-like staircase breaks the conventional concept, offering a new idea for vertical connection and interaction. The design team utilized wood veneer, tiles, stove finish, metals, and wood flooring to realize this innovative concept.
The project's location in Taichung City, Taiwan, and its completion in June 2019 mark a significant milestone in modern residential design. The design's open space concept maximizes natural light and integrates living spaces with different functions into one, promoting connectivity and interaction among residents.
