Jung-Chieh Cheng's Refreshing in Grace project, a 165 square meter residential space, was completed in April 2020 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and has been awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021.

Refreshing in Grace: Redefining Residential Space Design
Jung-Chieh Cheng's Refreshing in Grace project is a testament to the designer's commitment to redefining residential spaces. The design reflects the houseowner's needs and expectations, creating a refreshing and elegant ambiance throughout the 165 square meter space. The use of light-colored wood veneers with refreshing textures and an integrated control system for temperature, humidity, and ventilation sets this project apart from others.
The integrated control system ensures a constant temperature, humidity, and oxygen levels, while also removing PM2.5 particles from the air, providing a healthy living environment for the family. The project also overcame technical challenges, such as integrating the system above the ceiling while maintaining lighting functionality.
Cheng's dedication to interior design and his focus on breakthroughs and sustainability have earned him the Iron A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing his well-designed, practical, and innovative creation that meets professional and industrial requirements.
