Y SPACE DESIGN CONSULTING FIRM has unveiled Chuan San Hao, a unique train-themed restaurant named after China's iconic green-skinned train. The restaurant aims to bring back the tranquility and sincerity of a bygone era, providing a space for people to connect in today's fast-paced world.

The restaurant features genuine green-skinned train carriages, preserving their time-worn charm and authenticity. The interior design prioritizes a clean and subdued color palette, embracing a vintage style, and capturing the essence of steam with its aesthetic.

Located at Anaya, Qinhuangdao, the restaurant offers a seamless dining experience without disturbance from service personnel. It strategically places the kitchen in the middle carriage, efficiently connecting individual passenger and compartment carriages to ensure a unique and uninterrupted dining experience.

Concealed within the mixed-oil wood veneer are insulation materials and dual exhaust systems. The original train exterior is polished and repainted, preserving the authentic green-skinned train structure. Interior adjustments accommodate base settlement, and concealed ventilation ensures comfort. The carriage is enhanced with an intermediate space for connectivity, integrating air conditioning, kitchen, and exhaust systems seamlessly.

The added space effectively addresses challenges in extreme environmental and climate conditions, functionality, circulation, and visitor experience, making it a unique and innovative dining destination.
