Creating a Vibrant Community Focused on Health, Sports, Ecology, and Safety

Renowned designer Zhijun Zhong unveils the Xiangkai Shangcheng Yu Garden, a vibrant community clubhouse designed to promote health, sports, ecology, and safety. Situated in the heart of Kuiwen District, the project aims to integrate urban ecological development and provide a serene environment for city dwellers. The clubhouse is a testament to the post-pandemic shift towards embracing a healthy lifestyle and ecological harmony, offering a unique space for residents to prioritize their well-being.

The clubhouse, spanning 2000 square meters, is a metaphor for the shape of the universe, utilizing contemporary design language to construct spatial order and incorporate natural elements such as forest, grasses, seeds, and fireflies. This approach forms a miniature ecosystem, symbolizing the symbiosis between architecture and ecology. The design emphasizes the integration of health into daily life, creating a micro-ecosystem that fosters a better life for the community.

Located in Zhuanjian Road, Kuiwen District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China, the Xiangkai Shangcheng Yu Garden was completed in May 2023. It represents a response to the growing emphasis on nature, freedom, and exercise in the post-pandemic era, offering a space where architecture and nature are highly integrated to nourish residents physically and psychologically. The clubhouse's design language draws inspiration from architecture, nature, humanities, and regional impressions, resulting in a micro-ecological system with rich connotations and spiritual freedom.

Zhijun Zhong, the founder of Guangzhou Herabenna Interior Design Co., brings over 15 years of design expertise to this project. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have earned his company a reputation for delivering exceptional design solutions for luxury hotels and high-end apartments. Notably, the Xiangkai Shangcheng Yu Garden was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding innovation and technical excellence.
