cocoon architecture ltd. introduces theDesk UC Strand 50 Bridge 8, a distinctive trio of coworking spaces in Central Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Hong Kong West. Each space is carefully crafted to maintain a unique identity while fostering an inclusive community.

The large site in Central, Hong Kong, features a sprawling Common Space serving 450 people, acting as a landmark for orientation. In Shanghai, the medium site spans split levels, with a grand staircase transforming into a theater for events. Meanwhile, the small site in Hong Kong West offers intimate Common Spaces scattered across multiple floors.

These spaces aim to provide a blank canvas for members to add their own color, focusing on space crafting and user experience. The trio of spaces is designed to accommodate various firms with different identities and corporate colors, offering a neutral yet adaptable environment.

The large site in Central, Hong Kong spans 3,200sq.m. on one floor, while the medium site in Shanghai covers 1,000sq.m. across two levels. The small site in Hong Kong West spans 400sq.m. across five storeys.
