Chia-Lun Chan's Elegance House

Chia-Lun Chan's Elegance House in Taipei City is a residential apartment that redefines modern living with classic aesthetics. Finished in August 2020, this 77-square meter space is a testament to the designer's commitment to creating unique and elegant living spaces.

The project draws inspiration from classical elements, remastering elegant lines, and renewing classic aesthetics with a modern vocabulary. The design features a combination of white wood veneers, titanium-plated handles, and rose gold accents, creating a uniquely elegant model.

Using innovative realization technology, the project experimented with metallic spray on the roof in place of traditional moldings and utilized white wood veneers for the stylized door, embodying layered beauty and exquisite custom crafting.

The apartment boasts a master bedroom, guest bathroom, and closet hidden behind delicately sculptured doors, while spatial layering is expanded in the display cabinet via brown glass and mirrors. The living and dining rooms are separated by a dwarf wall, maximizing the limited room without obstructing visual airiness.

Chia-Lun Chan's Elegance House received the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements.
