The M6s AX Mesh System project began in the Fall of 2022 and was completed in the Spring of 2023. It was first exhibited at the WiFi Now Event in September 2023. The design process involved in-depth heat dissipation simulations and research using Flo Therm XT software, resulting in a 23% reduction in temperature compared to competitors. Miniaturizing high-performance hardware in the M6s Nano required extensive research in PCB design and active cooling solutions, making it one of the smallest, fully-featured WiFi 6 Routers available.
