Shin-Lan Chao's Pandora Box, a luxurious tavern space, was awarded Bronze in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2022. The project was completed in April 2021 in Taiwan, showcasing a harmonious and affluent space configuration.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Shin-Lan Chao's Pandora Box is a luxurious tavern space that redefines the wine-tasting experience. The three-story, 270-ping roughcast house in Taiwan was transformed into a multi-functional space, featuring retail, wine tasting, displaying, collecting, and more. The design reflects the owner's desire to create a business for his daughter and cater to the needs of business guests.
The space is carefully partitioned into different areas, including the display area, counter area, collection area, gathering area, light meal area, and VIP floor. The designer's meticulous evaluation of the space conditions led to the creation of a smooth and harmonic traffic flow, enhancing the overall experience for visitors.
Utilizing recycled bricks, lighting, marble, wooden cabinets, modeling wallpapers, louver door pieces, iron pieces, Moru glass doors, and solid wood, the design exudes quiet elegance and sophistication. The combination of warm wooden tones and metallic frame embellishment adds a touch of low-key luxury to the space.
