Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments: A Unique Concept in Hospitality

Magdalena Federowicz-Boule has unveiled the Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments, a modern aparthotel that pays homage to Warsaw's rich history and culture. The design draws inspiration from the city's heyday in the 1920s, known as the Paris of the North, and presents a unique concept that intertwines the capital's districts into the building's interior.

The Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments is a hybrid of a luxury hotel, home, and office, creating a new category in hospitality. The ground floor of the building features a map of Warsaw, with common areas representing different parts of the city, such as Wola, Srodmiescie, Powisle, Zoliborz, and Praga. The interior design of the apartments on the upper floors is also influenced by Warsaw's districts, including Zoliborz, Mokotow, Ochota, Saska Kepa, and Powisle.

This exceptional project, which commenced in 2019 and concluded on the 18th of May 2022, showcases the dedication of the design team, including Kama Kowacz, Daria Cichoń, Renata Kuczera, Emilia Karwowska-Łasocha, Paulina Szarzec, Aleksandra Falba, Aleksander Dymkowski, Dawid Stawowy, Maciej Jasina, and Marta Idczak. The design was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2023, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence.
