PANDAID: A Creative Response to Global Health

Eisuke Tachikawa, in collaboration with a team of over 100 volunteers, including doctors and editors, has developed PANDAID, a website dedicated to protecting lives from pandemics. The website, available in six languages, provides intuitive content through infographics and posters, making scientific facts easy to understand and implement. PANDAID also features developments such as a face shield, signage for social distancing, and impactful posters.

The standout feature of PANDAID is the development of a face shield that can be easily made from an A4-size clear file in under 30 seconds. This innovative solution has gained widespread attention and appreciation, with tutorial videos reaching over a million views on social media. The project has sparked a global movement, with medical institutions worldwide expressing gratitude for the face shield donations.

Eisuke Tachikawa's design team, NOSIGNER, has played a pivotal role in the art direction, graphic design, product design, and front-end design of PANDAID. The collaborative effort of the team and dedicated volunteers has resulted in a comprehensive platform focused on protecting global health.
