MIW Office Project: Redefining Workspace Aesthetics and Functionality

Make It Works introduces MIW, an extraordinary office design project that seamlessly blends space, style, and innovation, incorporating aesthetics, lifestyle, smart technology, and professionalism. The 2600 sq.ft. office features a foyer, art installation corner, open waiting area, transformative meeting area, wet pantry, storage cabinets, achievement niche wall, multi-functional room, open office, director rooms, staff washrooms, executive washroom, movable partitions, dimension graphics, shelving for catalogs, smart lighting, and access control system.

The office project employed innovative design techniques and methodologies, utilizing advanced production technology and meticulous material selection, such as nude tone plaster, coral red ceramic tiles, and brass details. The design prioritizes functionality, adaptability, space utilization, collaboration, and client engagement, offering seamless operation and interaction through movable partitions and versatile spaces for various activities.

The project took 3 months from demolishment to full renovation, located in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The design emphasizes collaboration, client engagement, aesthetics, and smart system integration, resulting in a transformative workspace that maximizes functionality while optimizing space. MIW's dedication to creating outstanding environments is exemplified through careful material selection and attention to detail, transforming the way people work and interact.
