Renowned designer Kelly Lin has redefined luxury with the China Resources Runcheng Sales Center, focusing on quality and aesthetic spirit to shape an ideal high-quality urban living experience in Hefei, China.

Abandoning flashy elements, the center is infused with humanistic connotations and explores the history, present, and future of Hefei, creating a unique and timeless space.

Metal, marble, luxury stone, leather, crystal, and glaze are harmoniously combined to realize this vision, covering a project area of 1100 square meters.

The art installation in the lobby forms a metaphorical wheel of time and space, linking ancient and modern Hefei, while crystal lampposts enhance transparency and openness. The study area extends the softness of curves, creating a tranquil corner away from the bustling city.

Completed in May 2022, this project embodies luxury, ecological harmony, and humanistic art, offering residents a high-quality life in Hefei.

Kelly Lin, the Founder and Creative Director of Shenzhen BlueMoon Design, has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award for this exceptional project.
