Cavaliere: Redefining Italian Restaurant Design with High Aesthetics and Finesse

Konstantinos Gkagkos has unveiled Cavaliere, a luxurious Italian restaurant that redefines traditional design elements with a modern, high-end aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from Italian tradition, the space offers a personalized approach and a unique atmosphere, featuring gold pizza wooden ovens and a seating area that seamlessly adapts to the weather.

The restaurant's standout feature is its departure from rustic and outdated elements, instead embracing multidimensional decoration and a wide range of materials to create a space that exudes elegance and finesse. The use of golden metallic elements, green marble, and velvet luxurious fabrics, combined with art deco details, sets Cavaliere apart from traditional Italian restaurants.

Spanning 200 sqm, Cavaliere comprises three distinct areas: the entrance, bar area, and the open space kitchen, each meticulously designed to emphasize architectural details and create a soothing ambiance. The project, completed in November 2021, is located in Nea Smyrni, Athens, Greece, and has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2022.
