Birdie's Lounge: A Unique Golf Club Lounge

Mario J Lotti, a renowned architect with 30 years of experience, has designed Birdie's Lounge, a unique golf club lounge located in Quang Nam, Vietnam. The lounge, completed in a remarkable 6-week timeframe, offers an unparalleled experience with its innovative design and stunning views of the golf course.

The space for the bar is a box with 3 glass walls, providing expansive views of the golf course and the surrounding natural beauty. The project's primary challenge was to design a lounge suitable for golf competition awards ceremonies while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. The design successfully incorporates the colors of the furnishings and the reflections of the course in the mosaic mirror back bar, bringing the essence of golf into the bar's interior.

Constructed using brick masonry and featuring yellow onyx cladding, the lounge showcases a unique realization technology. The free-form curved bar facilitates communication, and the angled back bar wall enhances the effect of the mosaic mirror, reflecting the view of the golf course inside the bar.

With a space of approximately 400 square meters, Birdie's Lounge provides a versatile environment for various functions, including bar, restaurant, lounge, and awards ceremony room. The lounge is designed to primarily cater to daytime and daylight use, offering a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Mario J Lotti's Birdie's Lounge has been recognized with the prestigious A' Design Award, underscoring its practicality, innovation, and professional excellence. The lounge's unique design and rapid construction make it a standout addition to the golf club, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors and members alike.
