Ximena Ureta's Day One, Selected Harvest, is a sustainable wine packaging line that celebrates the pivotal decision to commence the harvest, a moment that profoundly influences a wine's quality and character. The design reflects the transformation of sugar into alcohol and the significance of sugar concentration in the fruit. Hand-harvested from the finest Chilean valleys, Day One wines embody sustainability and excellence.

Printed on Fasson Cuvee Sable paper with special colors, matt gold foil, stamping, and protective varnish, Day One's unique properties lie in its sustainable sourcing and adherence to BRC and FOR LIFE certification standards. The line features Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Carmenere, and Cabernet Sauvignon, each representing the best of Chilean viticulture.

Day One's consumers span the globe, from Korea to the UK, reflecting its international appeal. The project, initiated in September 2020 in Santiago, Chile, culminated in January 2021, following extensive research into harvesting tools and global wine packaging trends. The design overcame the challenge of aligning with MontGras' new brand architecture, resulting in a bold and attractive portfolio.
