Startracks: An Educational Learning Toy for Astronomy Enthusiasts

Zhou Leijing introduces Startracks, an educational learning toy designed to revolutionize the way children learn about astronomy. This innovative board game is set in the context of interstellar exploration, utilizing rubidium magnets to simulate the gravitational pull of planets and enhance children's understanding of cosmic astronomy.

The board game aims to provide a fun and educational experience, fostering children's interest in astronomy, physics, and chemistry. Through the exploration of planets, children can expand their knowledge in these fields, making learning an immersive and enjoyable experience.

Startracks is a winner of the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2023, recognized for its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable educational value.

The project commenced in March 2022 and is set to be completed in June 2022 in Zhejiang, China. The design team, including Leijing Zhou, Rui Lei, Yi Chen, Zhengtong Wu, Shaogeng Zeng, Minghong Xu, and Yunnong Chen, has meticulously crafted this educational toy to cater to children aged 7 to 12 years, aiming to develop their interest in astronomy and physics.

Startracks presents a unique approach to learning, combining playability with essential knowledge of astronomy. The game mechanics are designed to ensure a balanced and engaging experience for children, promoting interactive learning and skill development.

This educational toy is a testament to Zhou Leijing's expertise in human-computer interaction and intelligent design. With a remarkable track record of winning over 10 Red Dot Design Awards and IF Design Awards, Zhou Leijing continues to push the boundaries of innovative and educational design.
