OneSino Park: Redefining Sales Office Architecture

Matrix Design proudly presents OneSino Park, a distinctive sales office project covering 3000 square meters, located in Chongqing, China. The design concept emphasizes the integrity of the inner wall, showcasing the penetration of light and shadow to create a textured space. The building, resembling a three-dimensional sculpture naturally born in the mountain, integrates architecture, landscape, and interior to form an "urban art and culture living room." The project features warm light-colored marble, beige marble, terrazzo, dark color mirror stainless steel, and white marsac as the main materials, creating a unique and modern ambiance.

The project, initiated in May 2019, was completed in March 2020, and has been recognized with the Silver A' Design Award in 2021 for its outstanding innovation and technical excellence. The design team, including Wang Guan, Liu Jianhui, and Wang Zhaobao, overcame various creative and technical challenges to achieve the effect of expanding the space boundary, making the space bigger, empty, and open through simple arrangement and combination without compulsory limitation of functional space.
