Star Mansion Sales Office: A Colorful Space Redefining Modern Commercial Design

Matrix Design has unveiled the Star Mansion Sales Office, a cutting-edge project that sets a new standard in modern commercial design. The sales office, located in Zhuhai, Guangdong, is a vibrant and innovative space that captures the essence of "time and space" and "vitality," catering to the customer group of Star Mansion.

The design concept focuses on creating a heterogeneous space-time that resonates with young people, utilizing extreme materials, shapes, and contrasts to reinforce spatial texture contrast. The project covers a total of 600 square meters and is a spatial visual focus-guided approach that presents lines and volumes in space with varying degrees of repetition and superposition, creating a color time tunnel that seems to be holographic.

The Star Mansion Sales Office features a striking combination of blue gray lacquering board, orange lacquering board, artificial stone, colored gradient glass, steel mirror, hard package, snowflake white flat brick, assorted-color floor tile, aluminum strip, and dark gray stainless steel, showcasing the innovative realization technology employed in the project.

Wang Guan, Liu Jianhui, and Wang Zhaobao are the key members of the design team who contributed to the realization of this exceptional project. The project commenced in March 2019 and concluded in February 2020 in Zhuhai, Guangdong.

The design intention of the Star Mansion Sales Office is to create a dream-like picture, using bold and eye-catching colors and surreal scenes to provide young people with a journey of time and space that defies tradition. The design reconstructs spaces, plays with colors, and explores the extreme possibility of young people's thinking space within the fast-changing world, offering a unique and immersive experience.

The Star Mansion Sales Office was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its remarkable contribution to interior space, retail, and exhibition design. The project has set a new benchmark in commercial design, embodying extraordinary excellence and significantly impacting the world with its desirable characteristics.
