Residential House Design "The Call of Wildness" by Robin Wang

Renowned designer Robin Wang unveils "The Call of Wildness," a primitivism-inspired residential house that beautifully integrates Indian culture with modern western customs. The design draws inspiration from the primitivism art of the early 20th century and the earth art of the late 1960s, reflecting a deep connection between humanity and nature.

Featuring unique totem symbols and a blend of Chinese calligraphy, the design embodies a kind and loyal family spirit. The use of sandstone brown throughout the space creates a seamless connection to nature, offering a serene and grounding atmosphere for residents.

Spanning 287 square meters, "The Call of Wildness" is a testament to the fusion of cultures and the celebration of tribal civilization. The project, which commenced in April 2022, is located in the Science City sector of Guangzhou, China, and was completed in August 2022, with public presentation in October 2022.

Recipient of the Silver A' Design Award in 2023, "The Call of Wildness" showcases exceptional creativity, technical prowess, and innovation, earning recognition for its outstanding expertise and remarkable design qualities. The design offers a captivating blend of luxury and primitivism, redefining the traditional living space and enriching the spiritual world of its inhabitants.
