Zens Art Gallery Exhibition Space

Robin Wang's design for the Zens Art Gallery exhibition space draws inspiration from Raphael's "School of Athens," featuring circular steps that provide a public area for open-minded activities. The space utilizes light and shadow to create a mysterious and artistic atmosphere, emphasizing the importance of visual perception in an era of advanced technology.

The design, realized using specific incandescent lamp angles, simulates the natural scenes of sunshine and desert in Casablanca, Morocco. The project challenges the traditional "white box" display concept, employing vibrant colors and light to enhance the artwork's presentation.

The exhibition space represents a fusion of art and commercial function, addressing the evolving needs of brick-and-mortar commercial spaces in the internet economy era. By integrating art into the design, the space aims to attract consumers and redefine the relationship between art and commercial environments.
