FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Modern and Nature: Residence Transformation by Wei Ting Lin

The "Modern and Nature" project by Wei Ting Lin is a remarkable transformation of a residence in Hangzhou, China. The design concept was inspired by the client's passion for aviation sports, with the aim to create a comfortable, bright, and spacious living space for the family. The project commenced in June 2018 and was completed in July 2019.

The space layout was reorganized without altering the building appearance, adding a grandeur foyer and an open layout on the ground floor. The design features passive air circulation and utilizes materials such as hard wood, walnut wood, Italian brand paint, stone material, bespoke branded furniture, and mirror material for the ceiling. The project area spans 500 square meters, including a basement with a garage, a performance area, a bar, and an audio-visual area. The third floor comprises bedrooms and a living area, with unique geometric cutting surfaces on the ceiling.

Wei Ting Lin's "Modern and Nature" project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
