Residential Design "Midst of Light" by Yu Ju Lin

The "Midst of Light" residential design by Yu Ju Lin is a unique project that utilizes gentle wood tones, earth tones, and gray wooden flooring to create a fresh and quiet house feeling. The design incorporates LED light lines to provide a profound visual experience of the overall space, enhancing the living room area with a curved TV wall to create a more layered feeling.

The design stands out for its use of high-quality materials to create spatial tonalities, a semi-open layout, and spacious circulation planning. Large and solid curved marble cabinets greatly enhance the quality of the space, making it an ideal modern residential space with geometric linear programming.

The space is decorated with various elements such as baked painting, perlitic panels, Malay lacquer, iron pieces, wood veneer, and LED lights. The design team has also focused on creating a senior-friendly space, with low sofas, dining tables, and chairs, as well as low cabinets to retain the convenience of a barrier-free space.

Yu Ju Lin's "Midst of Light" project was completed in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, and features LED linear lights that create a unique space experience with daylight illumination during the daytime and artificial lighting at night. The design team has also installed smart electrical systems to further enhance the convenience of the space.

The "Midst of Light" design project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
