Heng G Design presents a residential apartment project inspired by the vitality and playfulness of blue magpie nests, completed in Taichung, Taiwan, in January 2021.

Formosan Blue Magpie Residential Apartment Design
Heng G Design's residential apartment project, "Formosan Blue Magpie," draws inspiration from the auspicious symbol and national treasure of blue magpie nests. The design emphasizes vitality, happiness, playfulness, and relaxation, creating a sense of connection between spaces and inhabitants. The unique perforated shelving, flexible living room layout, and sculptural TV wall contribute to the project's distinctiveness.
The 148-square-meter space, excluding balconies, features an open layout, modern lifestyle, minimalism, and a timber ceiling. The project was completed in Taichung, Taiwan, and was a recipient of the Iron A' Design Award in 2022.
This project reflects Heng G Design's commitment to integrating space and furniture as one, translating clients' key values and unique style into reality.
