Under the Bodhi Tree: A Fusion of Serenity and Elegance

Timeless Space Design proudly presents "Under the Bodhi Tree," a residential apartment project that pays homage to the Buddha's enlightenment. The project, completed in December 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan, seamlessly blends calmness, simplicity, and openness to create a serene living space that blurs the lines between the home and the natural environment.

The apartment's design is characterized by the interdependence between the spiritual and material, inside and outside, and nature and home. The earthy color palette and the use of wood, brass, and black elements throughout the space evoke a timeless elegance, while the absence of partition walls and the minimalist Buddha hall enhance the apartment's spaciousness and tranquility.

Wood plays a pivotal role in the project, adorning walls, ceilings, and floors with three-dimensional structures that create a sense of consistency and depth. The unique textures and tones of the wood, reminiscent of handcrafted natural elements, add a touch of warmth and wonder to the interior.

Spanning 114 square meters, the apartment features an open layout, a dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and a sky outdoor garden, offering a harmonious blend of minimalism, volume, and residential comfort.

Timeless Space Design's "Under the Bodhi Tree" project was awarded the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in interior space design.
