Zao Li's Sales Office Design for Huaxing Zhongrui Nordic Park

Zao Li's design for the Huaxing Zhongrui Nordic Park sales office is inspired by the theme of "Earth Park," blending regional beauty with modern materials and techniques to create a poetic and picturesque space. The circular building structure and spatial layout revolve around the central circle, creating a unique spatial pattern of opening and closing, virtual and solid.

The 1221 square meter space features materials such as Nok gray, Casser gray, glass brick, stainless steel, and woodwork, along with innovative processes including built-in baseboards, hidden air-conditioning outlets, light strips, metal grilles, and wall coverings.

Stepping into the art lobby, guests are greeted by the "Ancient Temple Wonderful Spring" art installation, leading to the central sandboard area. The circular negotiation area fosters natural interactions, reflecting the project's emphasis on fate and unity.

Zao Li's design overcame the challenge of breaking from traditional linear layouts, creating an internal circular circulation that offers viewers a poetic and artistic space to explore freely. The project's unique approach and exceptional design earned it the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2021.
