Paradise Village: A Modern Oriental Villa
Renowned designer Ben Wu presents Paradise Village, a 674 square meter villa completed in April 2020 in Zhejiang Anji. Inspired by the spiritual sustenance found in natural landscapes, this modern oriental villa integrates contemporary methods to link the relationship between man and nature. The design maximizes the surrounding natural environment's resource advantages, creating a space where people can gain full strength in spirit.
Under the principle of respecting nature and protecting ecology, Paradise Village features straw wallpaper and bamboo elements, evoking the natural temperament of the orient. The lattice door in the oriental building is designed to interact with light and shadow, enhancing the villa's connection with nature.
Ben Wu, with over 20 years of experience in interior and home design, established WS in 1998, including W+Interior Design, WS SPACE, WS CAFÃ, Wei Mo, and other design and lifestyle brands. Wu's design philosophy of Modern Oriental integrates Western humanization with the essence of Oriental humanism, creating spaces with oriental aesthetics and philosophical thinking.
